We have a current opening for an Administrative Assistant to support our legal and compliance departments.
This position will have the following responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative support activities (i.e., answering phones, faxing, filing, mail distribution and ordering supplies)
  • Receives Service of Process notices and logs them in and distributes to departments internally and externally (to investors)
  • Schedule/coordinate meetings and teleconference calls; including taking minutes of meetings and distributing agendas for upcoming meetings
  • Receive, log and prepare responses to subpoenas
  • Coordinate and update calendars
  • Provide accounting with necessary information to pay invoices & expense reports for various executives
  • Maintain database for State and Federal changes in compliance laws
  • Manage 4th and 7th floor conference room calendars
  • Provide backup support to the front desk receptionist
Job Requirements:
The qualified candidate must have the following experience:
  • Must have 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Must have previously worked in the mortgage industry
