Job Description

The following Roles are available nationwide:
Retail Sales Specialist:
  • Under the direction of the Store Manager of Parts, this keyholder will oversee store merchandising activities, maintain standards of appearance, and coordinate and cooperates with associates in the execution of plan-o-grams, overall product presentation, inventory management, pricing, signage and various product initiatives to enhance the customer experience and maximize inventory turns.
Commercial Sales Specialist:
  • Assists the Store Manager of Parts in developing and maintaining commercial customer accounts. Maintains relationship with the Commercial Account Manager (CAM) to partner on outside sales support needs. Effectively communicates with all store associates and customers. Supervises Drivers and manages overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of direct reports. Partners with Store Manager of Parts on interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning work and appraising performance.
Purchasing Coordinator:
  • The Purchasing Coordinator will support the daily and long term needs of the Property Management department concentrating on the areas of operating / supply items to support existing, new & remodeled store locations. This position will have frequent interaction with the purchasing team, supply vendors, and work closely with the store remodel teams.
Fleet Sales Specialist:
  • The Fleet Sales Representative is responsible for engaging our customers, the sale of fleet services and profits in an assigned area. This person will be responsible for all aspects of sales, productivity and profitability for the fleet department within an area as well as drive business and repairs by building new relationships and maintaining existing ones. They will work closely with store managers to ensure department success.
Parts and Inventory Replenishment Associate:
  • Responsible for providing superior customer service and assisting in driving sales across the commercial, retail, and hard parts business. Provide essential task support by partnering with management to make certain that merchandising levels are optimal, inventory control programs are strictly adhered to, pricing modifications are processed timely, and the parts room is maintained to company standards. This position has been designated as a safety-sensitive position.
Parts Specialist:
  • Sells replaceable parts, equipment, tools and accessories for motor vehicles in a parts store (s). Ascertains make, year, and type of part needed, inspects worn, damaged, or defective part to determine replacement required, or informs customer of part needed according to description of malfunction. This position has been designated as a safety-sensitive position.

Eligibility Requirements
To perform any business development/retail related job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily, embody the competencies listed, and be able to perform the physical requirements of the positions that have been listed above. In addition, the following are basic eligibility requirements for positions:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Successful completion of Background and Drug tests
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Related experience in the automotive service environment is also preferred
  • Must have basic knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions. Ability to apply mathematical formulas to calculate commissions and discounts
