CAMINO REAL MORTGAGE BANKERS, a successful Mortgage Bank, is looking to expand the company operations department with team members that share the same philosophy of complete customer satisfaction.

Responsiblities
  • Analyze loan applications, including all supporting documentation for credit qualification in preparation for underwriting.
  • Apply lender guidelines to residential loan applications and purchase sale agreements.
  • Responsible for internal loan compliance requirements to ensure that the file has timely preparation of the required disclosures. Understand regulations
  • Follow branch operational procedures as to, but not limited to, file order, conversation log, loan document tracking, and status history.
  • Process loan applications in a timely manner and ensure completeness of the loan files
  • Provide necessary documentation to satisfy all underwriting conditions.

  • Ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to perform in a multi-tasked environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work within stringent time constraints, under pressure.
  • Full time hours required, with additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives, goals, and projects.
  • Associate's degree, High school diploma or equivalent
