ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Review 1003 and documentation to verify the application is complete and meets established standards, including loan type, loan amount, assets, liabilities, length of employment, credit history, etc.
  • Pre-underwrite the file according to program guidelines and Provide a needs list to the sales team within 24 to 48 hours of file receipt
  • Evaluate income type, source & history to insure it is useable, and calculate income
  • Review and analyze purchase agreements, appraisals, title and termite reports for any issues or items that could delay or prevent a timely closing
  • Process loans in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to a high standard of quality.
  • Review closing statements and compare to LE & CD before signings and cure discrepancies
  • Re-disclose for change of circumstance
  • Quickly resolve any funding conditions to ensure all loans fund on time.
  • Quickly resolve any post close requirements
  • Strive to achieve and exceed productivity expectations and standards.
  • Other duties may be assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have at least experience 3 years of senior processing experience.
  • Experience with MCC and DPA preferred
  • Recent brokering experience is a plus (we currently fund 95% of loans in house)
  • Ability to effectively manage a pipeline of about 25 purchase loans and close about 10-15 loans per month

Paid hourly, plus bonus per funded file
