Broad Knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 6 years related experience and/or training, and 4 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
- Solid Analytical Skills
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented

- Software Skills
- Knowledge of Baker Hill Software a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Job Duties: This position's primary purpose is to service customer loan and relationship needs and develop new business.
Specific duties include:
- Maintain contact with relationship
- Evaluate new loan requests for suitability
- Prepare new loan requests for approval
- Gather information for renewal of existing loans
- Prepare renewal requests for approval
- Closing of renewal and new loan requests
- Miscellanous relationship issues
