First Utah Bank is a community bank located in Salt Lake City, UT. We are registered to do loans in 48 states. We are approved with several large lenders and offer a number of different programs and Grants.

Required Experience:
5 years' experience in the mortgage industry. At least 3 years' experience in underwriting

An active DE CHUMS ID: VA LAPP approval

USDA experience helpful but not required

Knowledge of FHMA and FMLMC guidelines required

Reviewing loans for compliance and applicable federal and state laws

The ability to underwrite on a national level and in all markets

Experience in appraisal, credit and income review

Strong work ethic

Ability to handle confidential material in a professional and ethical manner

High School Diploma
