Large Fort Lauderdale Title Insurance Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Escrow Assistant.
We are a full-service title insurance and settlement company serving real estate companies, mortgage companies, lenders and real estate investors in support of residential real estate transactions.
The position of Administrative Assistant/Escrow Assistant is responsible for coordinating the collection of information in connection with residential real estate transactions with a large emphasis on customer service, email management and file scanning.
We're not looking for good customer service, but rather GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Additional job duties consist in assisting with pre-closing preparation and post-closing tasks while supporting the Escrow Officer. You will be responsible to read purchase and sale contracts, title commitments and title orders in preparation for the closing as well as assemble the necessary documents to prepare the file for processing.
Administrative Assistant will maintain the files, record the appropriate documentation, send out checks once the closing is complete and transmit documents to the appropriate parties in the transaction.

General Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or equivalent is required!
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Residential Real Estate!
3. Great communication and customer-oriented skills required!
4. Able to work proficiently in fast paced environment!
5. Microsoft Suite Proficient!
6. Ability to work Monday -- Friday from 8:30AM -- 5:30PM!
