We are currently looking for individuals for the position of Mortgage Loan Originator, Retail. Within this role, you will be expected to both manage your existing (if you have one) and develop new relationships with realtor partners (using the leads we provide). We will provide marketing and business development support!

Your job is to foster relationships and educate partners. You will explain Cardinal's values, process what sets us aside in this competitive market. We trust that our rate and fee combinations, along with our exceptional service, will be compelling to realtor partners and clients.

Desired Skills and Experience

You must possess the following qualities:
  • Ability to continuously manage and foster relationships with both realtors and associated partners.
  • A solid foundation of mortgage experience required.
  • Proven experience in outside or business-to-business sales a must.
  • Ability to meet state regulatory licensing requirements.
  • Experience using Encompass 360 Business Edition ideal, but not required.
  • Licenses to conduct business as a Mortgage Loan Originator in multiple states preferable.
  • Possess a positive, high-energy attitude.
  • Technically savvy, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Job Requirements :
  • 2+ Years recent experience in loan origination (front end) Preferably NMLS Licensed
  • If a good fit, positions are available for Non-Licensed Sales People (encouraged to apply)
  • We will pay to license you and provide Base Salary while you get licensed and trained.
  • Proven history of success in Sales and/or Sales Management
  • Strong phone sales skills
  • College not mandatory with proven mortgage/sales experience
