About Position
Current, local Escrow Officer with expansive network of agents and accounts;
Work in one of the offices in Texas with experienced escrow professionals;
Participate in branch profit share bonus program, based on profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meeting with customers to review and explain all provisions and procedures regarding real estate closing process
• Understand the escrow and closing processes; able to prepare all necessary documents
• Coordinate and conduct closings with buyers, sellers, and agents
• Obtain clearance and approval from lenders
• Conduct closings (contract compliance, lender instructions, title requirements, signatures, etc.)
• Provide guidance and training to the Escrow Assistants and Processors

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Texas Escrow Officer or ability to obtain licensing within 30 days
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in the title industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical mathematic skills to solve problems, balance files and payoffs
• Technical knowledge of escrow closing process
• Basic understanding of title insurance
• Ability to successfully use independent judgment and decision-making
• Bilingual, preferred

Salary:

• Depending on experience and current business: $50,000 - $75,000
