Title Production Coordinator (Alliance Title)

The Production Coordinator provides prompt processing of title requests and delivery of production documentation including research requests, O&E's and title commitments. Coordinates with other production staff to achieve the fastest turn times possible while still maintaining accuracy. Establishes and maintains a high level of service and satisfaction to both the inside teams and closing staff.
  • Title Requests**
  • Manage and maintain a task list of incoming title requests from multiple Closing Branches
  • Process title requests within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Review title requests for missing information and contacting closing branches for missing information
  • Communicate with closing branches with updates as needed
  • Production**
  • Order necessary search items from approved vendors - abstracting, plat drawings and/or special assessment searches
  • Obtain property tax information, Property Identifications Numbers and Legal Descriptions and compare with Purchase Agreement or Lender Order
  • Monitor turn times by vendors
  • Make sure vendors are on approved vendor list with Quality Control
  • Preliminary Title Commitment**
  • Maintain product turn around in 1-3 business days
  • Follow up if production documents are not received within 3 days from date requested
  • Receive completed title commitment from examiner along with flagged issues for Closing Branch attention
  • Deliver completed title commitment to Closing Branch. Communicate any potential issues to Closing Branch.
  • Prepare Closing Protection Letters when requested by Lenders
  • Process requests for O&E's and research requests
  • Update tract checks as needed
  • Review plat drawings as needed
  • Monitor Production email inboxes and required task lists
  • Update title commitments or request assistance from Examiners to update
  • Complete appropriate file tracking fields and make notes in systems
  • Communicate with Closing Branch as needed
  • Promote professionalism and customer confidence by keeping borrower information confidential
  • Adhere to all pillars of ALTA Best Practices
  • Knowledge of SoftPro and Greenfolders
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Familiar with and able to follow all polices, rules and regulations of the industry including but not limited to the Company, the Underwriter, ALTA, Federal, State and Local agencies as applicable

Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Any equivalent combination of acceptable training and experience.
