Escrow Assistant/Admin Support (Investment Property Group)

IPG is seeking a talented and driven individual to act as Escrow Assistant/Admin Support at our corporate headquarters in Irvine. Responsibilities include assisting the Sales and Marketing Assistant and the Home Sales Director with escrow, titling, and many other administrative support functions.

• Ensure processing of all check requests, home titles, registrations and taxes to proper state/local assessor's offices are processed
• Process all home sales paperwork for; released homes, power of attorneys, lien sale documents, & other varies state by state required documentation
• Work with traditional escrow & title companies as well as Realtor's to complete transactional files
• Resolve title discrepancies, VIN number discrepancies and/or power of attorney's and audit park owned homes' titles
• Regularly communicate with abstract companies, community managers, landowners, and home buyers/sellers to obtain testimonial documents needed to clear title
• Prepare or request official documents, affidavits, power of attorney, release/abandonment and other documents and submit them for title requirements
• Work with homeowners, managers and regional managers to secure payment on delinquent taxes
• Actively assists the Sales and Marketing Assistant ensuring resources are utilized to maximum capacity and desired results and deadlines are met
• Frequently update tracking system to ensure accurate reporting
• Oversee proper organization of sales files and ensure all necessary documentation is included
• Ensure licensing, bonds & insurance for parks are correct, in place, and paid on time
• Verify quarterly sales data & print supporting documentation for sales cycle
• Reconcile & prepare monthly expenses reports for signature
• Other duties as assigned.

• 2-5 years' experience directly handling escrow transactions in an Escrow Officer or Assistant capacity for an established real estate company
• Ability to follow through on complex problems related to titling, permits, & paperwork related to POH's to ensure timely completion of tasks needed
• Excellent understanding of the documentation associated with the Escrow process
• Licensed Notary highly desired
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and effectively meet deadlines
• Extremely well organized with a high attention to detail
• The willingness and desire to go above and beyond the call of duty
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong aptitude in MS Office products with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
