  • Hourly Compensation- Operational Role
  • Starting entry level pay is a range starting at $14.00/hour based on direct or relevant professional & educational experience, knowledge, skills, personality and cultural fit.

  • Skilled professional level written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • MUST possess the tenacity and commitment to conduct intensive research on real estate documents and transactions.
  • Prior experience in title insurance, real estate, mortgage processing or banking is preferred but not required.
  • ADVANCED Computer Software Aptitude required.
  • Advanced skill with all MS Office programs, especially MS Excel.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude required.
  • Ability to understand and operate successfully within an action-based workflow system (ResWare).
  • Must be capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
  • High attention to detail is required as all positions involve responsibility for ensuring accuracy on critical real estate and mortgage lending documents
  • Conduct detailed real state (property, ownership/ chain of property title) record and legal research
  • Perform skilled, expert level document review
  • Resolve Inter-Department escalated issues
  • Risk assessment of issues with respect to transaction operations
  • Prepare and review deeds, affidavits and other legal documents
  • Review and approve trusts
  • Prepare and review TSGs, Mortgage Modification Endorsements, and other foreclosure related products
  • Prepare and review additional unique or complex documents and products
