  • You are well versed in FHA or Fannie and Freddie guidelines, or both
  • You demonstrate a well-developed understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting, closing procedures
  • You have excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and verbal/written communication skills

  • You have a positive attitude and are articulate, thorough and professional
  • You have a 2 year college degree or 3-5 years of recent FHA and/or Conventional frontline underwriting experience
  • Experience with FHA 203k and other renovation loans is a plus
  • USDA underwriting experience is also a plus
  • Current FHA DE, VA SAR/LAPP designations are a big plus
  • Experience with Encompass 360 is a total plus, however, if you have all of the above without it, we will probably still think you are pretty awesome
