Real Estate Title Processor & Post Closer (Crown Title Corporation)

Experienced Processors & Post Closers for refinance and purchase transactions.

Two Years Minimum Experience In Title Industry required. .
Job Requirements
Processor duties include but are not limited to:
  • Contacting appropriate parties for payoff, ground rent, HOA, etc.
  • Calling on judgments
  • Researching title issues
  • Preparing documents for closing (binder/commitment etc.)
  • Obtaining lender packages
  • REO & Foreclosure experience a plus
  • TSS Software user a plus

Post Closer duties include but are not limited to:
  • Checking documents post closing for signatures and completeness
  • Verifying funding and balance file
  • Disbursing from the CD (HUD1)
  • Preparing documents for recording
  • Preparing policy
  • TSS Software user a plus
