Title Insurance Sales Representative (WFG National Title Insurance)

Location: Grand Prairie, Texas
WFG National Title Company of Texas, LLC is seeking a qualified sales representative to join the Dallas/Ft. Worth Texas team.
The total compensation includes a base salary, commissions paid monthly based on business generated, a car-allowance, and expense reimbursement. Also included is a generous benefits package including paid time off and a company-provided cell phone, and ipad or laptop.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years sales experience in either Title Insurance/Settlement Services or related industries such as mortgage lending, or financial services experience and will be able to work in a fast paced, friendly office environment.
This position also requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi task, and problem solve quickly. CRM and APP familiarity is preferred. This position will be based in our Grand Prairie, TX branch office.
Responsibilities include the Following:
  • Develop relationships with Real Estate sales people and with local lenders to generate new orders for title and closing
  • Maintain client relationships to achieve growth in volume
  • Maintain knowledge of industry regulations
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Communicate with the Escrow Officer regarding status of the file
  • Ability to use a contact management system.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
  • Up to 70% travel to multiple locations locally (within a 30 mile radius of branch)
  • Other duties as assigned
Skill and Educational Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
  • High level of demonstrated customer service and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Team player, good interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding ethical standards. Meets or exceeds Federal & State compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods of selling products and services. This includes marketing strategy, tactics and sales techniques.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to identify client needs and make recommendations.
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills
  • Effective Organizational skills
  • CRM, APP, Software knowledge and skills required.
  • 3-5 years experience in Title Insurance/Settlement Services Sales preferred
