General Description
Handles escrow sales and refinance transactions from opening to closing with the utmost of customer service. Implements company values and vision in directing their team and achieving goals.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Enhance Premier's and the escrow team's reputation by consistently providing excellent customer service
  • Attract and retain new clients by contacting prospects, following-up on leads, participating in marketing events, and working to earn cooperating agents' business
  • Balances the settlement statement, HUD, or Closing Disclosure
  • Inputs fees and invoices into settlement statement, HUD, or Closing Disclosure
  • Ensures that all funding conditions have been satisfied, and authorizes disbursement of the transactions' final funds
  • Prepares transaction tax forms, letters, and other necessary documents
  • Reviews recording packages for completeness prior to closing
  • Orders loan payoffs, HOA demands, deed requests, etc.
  • Communicates with real estate agents, loan officers, attorneys, clients, lenders, and all other parties throughout the course of the transaction
  • Provides guidance to the escrow team in all aspects of the escrow process, training, and group productivity
  • Sign and notarize documents in preparation of closing

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field OR 3-5+ years' experience as an Escrow Assistant or other position in a real estate, title, or industry-related position
