We are looking for a Title Insurance Specialist for a growing National Title Insurance company. For this position the ideal candidate must demonstrate critical thinking, judgment and decision making, problem solving and time management skills.

JOB SUMMARY
Facilitate relationships between Client and the Company. Foster and enhance client satisfaction. Respond to and satisfy all client issues in a timely manner and ensure accurate resolution. Reviews title reports and documentation to resolve title issues for loan modification files. Provides onsite support and assistance to the operation team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review and understand how to read a title report
  • Review title daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties
  • Address inquiries professionally in a timely manner from clients
  • Maintain open communication with Loan Modification team
  • Multi task between clients systems
  • Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
  • All other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Superior Customer Service Skills
  • 1-2 plus years' experience in the Mortgage Industry
  • Experience with loan modification is a plus
