We are looking for a Receptionist to work for our client - a growing National Company. For this position the ideal candidate must demonstrate a desire to provide superior customer service and have excellent interpersonal skills to successfully provide answers to internal and external customer calls or requests.
Employees will perform a host of customer service duties such as receiving calls and requests from the general public, our licensed agents, lenders, or other agencies. The successful candidate is organized, detailed oriented, enjoys working with people by phone.

Qualifications:
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills; effectively build team relationships with peers and cross functional co-workers.
  • Strong PC skills - experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Prior customer service experience in any industry is a MUST
Job Requirements:
  • Real Estate Industry Experience is highly recommended
  • Ability to be the primary point of contact to assist and route inbound calls
  • Ability to initiate, track, and escalate calls within company's database to the point of completion
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and reprioritize effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to adapt to constant change in fast-paced environment
