Looking for a Customer Service Rep to work in a fast-paced call center, with both both internal and external customers. The successful Call Service Representative will have at least 2 years of call center / customer service or retail experience in a banking industry.

Call Service Representative - Bank Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of call center or retail experience in a banking industry
  • Some college preferred, high school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Detail oriented, excellent verbal communication along with interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Call Service Rep. must be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient with Windows based applications and excellent math aptitude.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Call Service Representative - Bank Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to resolve diverse issues within the branch and present solutions based on individual customers needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services, transaction requests and account maintenance related to their account.
  • Call Service Representative will identify customer needs and deliver courteous, professional service.
  • Complete banking transactions and cross-sell bank products, services and any special promotions or campaigns.
