Title agency in Queens is seeking a full-time reader to join our dynamic team.
Duties include preparing, proofing and issuing title commitments, as well as providing any requested endorsements as well as survey readings and survey endorsements. Ability to respond to emails and provide superior customer service.
Job Description:

1. Responsibilities include: reading and proofing of commercial and residential title insurance files, preparing legal descriptions, reviewing surveys, and clearing title exceptions. Must be able to interact with clients, attorneys, closers, and act as a team player.
2. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience clearing title insurance files.
3. Compensation based on experience, knowledge, and ability to contribute to our success.
