We have an open position to fill immediately:
Data Entry Specialist:
You would be the primary point of telephone contact for customers and vendors; Employees perform a host of customer service duties such as receiving calls and requests from the general public, our licensed agents, lenders, or other agencies. The successful candidate is organized, detailed oriented, enjoys working with people by phone. Experience in the title insurance industry is required.
Full time pay for qualified candidates is $17 per hour

Part-Time Seasonal Mailroom Clerk:
We need someone to print documents, put them in envelopes, stamp all outgoing mail, process some overnight labels, and place documents in the respective outgoing boxes.
The position is 6 hours a day Monday-Friday and we're not picky with what hours between 8-5
Pay is $15 - $16 per hour depending on experience.

Some of the Qualifications:

  • Title Industry experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must strong interpersonal skills; effectively build team relationships with peers and cross-functional co-workers.
  • Strong PC skills - experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Prior Financial Services Industry customer service experience a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent
