Title Insurance Post Closer $250 Referral Bonus

Pay Rate : $ 20.00 - 35.00 /Hour
The basic function of the Post Closer is to assure the timely disbursement of funds and document; and/or recording of documents to all applicable clients.

Essential Functions • Quality Control all documents for errors
• Assure mortgage payoffs are submitted timely and to the accurate location
• Prepare all signed closing packages for delivery to the lender
• Prepare payoff package for delivery to the lender
• Perform clerical duties which include copying, faxing, typing, scanning and printing documents
• Log / track packages information into the system• Complete checklist
• Resolve any post closing issues


Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements)• Familiar with closing, title and loan documents such as Deeds, Mortgages, Trust, Subordinations, etc....
• Basic Microsoft computer skills
• Knowledge of Title Insurance Rules and Regulations
• Must have the ability to meet sudden deadlines and multi-task
• Maximized use of available resources

Training and Experience • Mush have a high school diploma or its equivalent
• Previous post closing experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the title insurance and/or mortgage field
