Service Delivery & Support Manager
The Service Delivery & Support Manager shall be responsible for end-user service delivery of functions and underlying processes, including but not limited to Event, Problem, Incident Management and Request Fulfillment and managed services such as the ITSC & desk-side support. The Service Delivery & Support Manager is responsible for those service areas, practices and processes even if they cross CCS Government lines of authority and as such must work with those lines of authority for seamless service delivery.
 
It is required that the Service Delivery & Support Manager have the experience, qualifications and certifications listed below:
  • An IAM Level IIICertification.
  • Experience managing and delivering IT service operations in a cross-functional environment with similar requirements in theRFQ.
  • ITIL Intermediate Level Certified. Please state relatedexam/exams
 It is desirable that the Service Delivery & Support Manager has the following experience, qualifications and certifications:
  • Experience managing and delivering service operation improvements in functionsand processes in an environment similar to the requirements of theRFQ.
  • ITIL Expert Level Certified. Please state relatedexam/exams.
  • Certified Cloud Security Professional(CCSP).
  • A relevant educationaldegree
