Continual Improvement (aka CSI)Manager
The Continual Improvement Manager shall be responsible for implementing improvements across the ITESS program including service and process improvements and interfacing with process/service owners/managers that are responsible for delivery of those services/practices/processes in CCS. It is required that the Continual Improvement Manager have the experience, qualifications and certifications listed below:
  • ITIL Intermediate Level Certified. Please state relatedexam/exams.
  • Lean Six-Sigma GreenBelt.
  • Experience driving process improvements, baselining and tracking serviceimprovements and reporting gained efficiencies on a contract/TO similar to the requirements in the RFQ.
It is desirable that the Continual Improvement Manager has the following experience, qualifications and certifications:
  • ITIL Expert Level Certified. Please state relatedexam/exams.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master BlackBelt.
  • Experience delivering quantifiable process improvement providing managed services similar to the requirements in the RFQ on a contract with a large Governmentagency.
  • Demonstrative experience implementing and tracking the performance of process and service improvements which incorporated User-centered and/or Human-centereddesign
  • A relevant educational degree
