Business Development Manager PERMANENT POSITION

We're looking for an highly motivated and experienced BZDV/Sales manager with strong interpersonal skills, collaboration leadership, highly organized, self-starter with excellent communication, analytical, representative and customer facing skills. Reporting directly to the Company's President, the role will be highly involved with preparing a market research and based on it a "go to market plan "

The main responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
· Gaining proficiency, offering and maintaining a current understanding of the ongoing trends and events relevant to customers
· Carry out market research, build go the market plan (business plan), identifying potential partners and customers
· Research, pursue, and develop new business relationships
· Advance and establish new opportunities with existing relationships and define revenue opportunities
· Manage day-to-day relationships with partners
· Negotiate commercial terms while utilizing analytical data
· Maintain constant communication and information.

Experience & Minimum Qualifications
· At least Bachelor's Degree (MBA is better), preferably in Business/Engineering/Economic related field MUST
· 1+ year of experience in Water / Waste Water industry AND/OR dealing with Governmental agencies in USA AND/OR1-2 years of experience in Business Development MUST
· experience in sales OPTIONAL
· Strong analytical, negotiation and relationship building skills OPTIONAL
· Willing to travel MUST (mainly only within USA)
· Research skills: able to quickly identify domains requiring research and analysis and perform research to understand customer needs, concerns and processes MUST
· Quick learning skills: an affinity for technology and a rapid learning curve MUST
· Customer-oriented: strong drive to attain deep understanding of customer requirements and clearly communicate requirements to relevant stakeholders MUST
· Providing prompt responses to customers' requests (such as RFPs, RFIs, proposals and presentations) OPTIONAL
· Sense of urgency, focus and act upon priorities and ability to be 'on top of things' MUST
· Fluent communication skills, presentation and in writing MUST
· Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel MUST
