Business Development Associate PERMANENT POSITION

Primary Responsibilities: Source, and screen potential investment opportunities for the company. Identify and develop relationships with intermediaries, including consultants, accountants, bankers, and lawyers. This will be accomplished primarily through an outbound calling effort. Manage lead generation activity as well as all necessary follow-up activities. Promote and market the family of funds to the business community. Proactively maintain account coverage and monitor industry developments. Background: 3 - 6 years of lead generation or sales experience. Candidates with experience in financial services, insurance, or securities are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn new skills. Excellent web search and database management skills. Resilient, highly motivated, personality a must. Basic financial statement and fixed income product knowledge. Bachelor's degree required (preferably from a top school), in a business discipline, Master's degree a plus.
