Inside Sale Associate

 seeking an Inside Sales Associate to generate new leads and opportunities and contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Identify and contact prospective clients to build the pipeline through a variety of methods including, but not limited to cold-calling, emailing and mass email campaigns. Approximately 70% of time will be spent on the phones prospecting.
  • Achieve department standards for contact activities that include:
    • Make a minimum number of quality outbound calls per day, of which a least 20% of those calls should result in quality conversations.
    • Schedule a minimum number of new quality discovery calls per week.
  • Diligently and relentlessly follow up on inbound leads to immediately engage with interested prospects and set appointments between prospect and Inside Sales Representative.
  • Quickly learn Cloud Security and 5nine Manager solutions for Microsoft Azure and Hyper-V products. Must be able to demonstrate appropriate level of product knowledge in order to introduce solutions to prospective clients.
  • Document all prospecting activities in CRM (Salesforce.com) and provide required BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) information for each discovery call.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop prospecting plays designed to increase pipeline.
  • Successfully manage time to profile, add and update accounts and contacts daily, follow-up with prospects consistently, and still meet/exceed minimum department requirements.
  • Solid performance in this role could lead to a promotion to an Inside Sales Representative position.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent electronic correspondence skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities; ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter.

our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate full sales cycles from lead to close, achieve sales quotas, and contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Receive and respond to inbound sales leads and convert them into new business.
  • Maximize coverage within the assigned region and penetrate organizations with Software products.
  • Coordinate sales activities with partners, consultants, distributors, and resellers to identify and close new business.
  • Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects from developed web and lead generation lists, with cold calling as needed.
  • Develop an intermediate level of knowledge of Software products and the benefits they provide to customers.
  • Provide support to qualified prospects and customers including follow up, product information, quotations, and closures.
  • Provide forecasting and account opportunity as needed.
  • Update and maintain the Software's Salesforce.com system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Two - three (2 -3) years of experience selling enterprise software, preferably virtualization solutions from Microsoft, VMware, or Citrix or similar area of datacenter computing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities; ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
