About The Company
My client is the most active strategy-led
investment banking firm for the supply chain industry. Our client list includes a roster of
top firms and investors in transportation, logistics, and the supply chain sector, including
UPS, DHL, NFI, CR England, Nations Express, Warburg Pincus, and others. The
Company acts primarily as an M&A advisor and principal investor, through my client's private equity platform. My client's senior bankers come from both senior operating roles at major logistics companies and from M&A and private equity roles at firms
including Client, Brokerage, Brokerage, and Bear Stearns.

About The Position
An Associate position with my client requires a highly motivated, hard working, innovative
individual that wants to play a primary role in deal origination and execution, take advantage
of accelerated development opportunities, expand their professional expertise beyond
investment banking, and enjoy the quality of life that South Florida provides.
Responsibilities include:
Sell-side investment banking assignments write memoranda, build financial models,
identify potential buyers, manage the M&A and due diligence process for clients,
handle negotiations, and drive successful deals
Buy-side investment banking assignments identify acquisition candidates that fit
the buyers' strategy, qualify potential targets, build financial models, manage the
M&A and due diligence process, handle negotiations, and drive successful deals
Private equity sourcing and execution for my client's private equity
platform
New business development intellectual property creation, and other practicebuilding
opportunities as appropriate
 
Minimum requirements for the ideal candidate include:
2-3 years of bulge bracket or boutique investment banking experience focused on
M&A
Track record of success
Drive, energy, and hands-on leadership in an entrepreneurial environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highest levels of integrity and trustworthiness
Familiarity with the transportation and logistics sector
An important attribute of my client is the upside. The bonus formula is transparent,
performance-based, and uncapped. Bonuses are based on (a) your deals, (b) your role, (c)
your qualitative contributions to the firm, and (d) the firms overall success. In addition,
my client provides equity stakes for its colleagues. Finally, for top Associates, a Partner track is
