Role Responsibilities: - Supports existing software application to cover incident management, request management, problem management and release management - Follow ITIL processes for incidents, changes and requests. - Response to the incidents & requests within the SLA period. - Troubleshoot production issues and make minor code and db fixes. - Involved with resolution of low complexity software development issues that may arise in a production environment. - Works under general direction, seeks assistance as needed. Independently gathers information. - Perform in-depth problem solving, troubleshooting, and conduct root cause analysis of problems and issues impacting the applications and/or their environment. - Manage and utilize monitoring tools and alerts to prevent production down time. - Collaborate with development team, infrastructure teams, third parties and other technical teams as necessary in the configuration and support of the applications and their environment, as well as to identify and resolve complex problems and issues. - Provide performance improvement and capacity planning recommendations. - Participates in on-call support rotation. - Lead a small team and contribute to own team/closely related teams through quality and accuracy of own output. Builds productive internal relationships. Conveys information in a concise and professional manner. Asks effective questions and solicits feedback to understand needs Requirement: - 3 to 5 Years' Experience in Developer-Integration-BPM-Pega Systems - 1 to 3 Years Experience in Developer-Databases-DB Development-MS SQL Server - 1 to 3 Years Experience in Developer-IoT-Application Programming-C/C++/Java
