OpenText VIM Workflow Consultant/Hermitage, TN 12mths+ Contract

• Working with the Global Support (Client) team to provide Hypercare support and resolve any issues arising from the implementation.
• Working with the Client team to finalize the design of enhancements that have been identified;
• Work on the implementation of the enhancements;
• Testing and Documentation of all the enhancements and changes made;
• OpenText VIM Knowledge transfer to the Client Team;
• Work with Core Team on production incidents and fixing defects;
• Perform Adhoc and project based support as needed.

Key Desired Experience:
• Participation in at least 3 full implementations of the OpenText VIM solution;
• Working on projects in highly customized SAP environments;
• Experience with SAP S4 business suite highly desirable;
• Knowledge of ArchiveLink & IXOS interface for Archiving;
• Working with custom workflows for Approvals (PO and NonPO) highly desired;
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP/4 is desired.
• Knowledge of ECM/xECM is desired.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications;
• 5+ years of SAP/OpenText VIM Functional/technical experience;
• Experience with Internal documentation – technical and functional;
• Excellent written and verbal communications, organization, planning and leadership skills;
• Strong management, communication, technical and remote collaboration skills are a must;
• Experience in dealing with cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment
• Ability to effectively conduct technical discussions directly with Project/Product management, and clients.

Overall Responsibility:

The OpenText VIM Resource will be responsible for the initial support of the OpenText Solution being implemented as part of the SWIFT SAP S4 Wave2 Project plus the follow-up enhancements. He/She will also be responsible for VIM knowledge transfer to the Client Global Support team
