Positions General Duties and Tasks (Day to Day) - Implement and Configure Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), Intune and other Azure Security components as required (AIP, ADRMS, MATA, AAD). - Support Mobility migration of Devices to O365 - Provide next day support for escalated incident response related to messaging migration activities. - Troubleshoot end user migration failures, including end user mobility client side support issues - Should be able to trouble shoot and fix configuration issues with the 0365 deployment during migration. Should be able to work with MS premier support, log and follow up cases for unresolvable issues / bug fixes. - Provide help with creating and implementing PowerShell Scripts with MSOL and on prem exchange. - Be able to navigate through the O365 Admin interface / Security & Compliance interface and perform tasks - Should be able to work with the Mobility team and Lync / IM team members for related issues - Should be able to work with the Network team to resolve and mail traffic / mail routing issues. - Accurately document issue/resolution processes for other to follow. - Take direction and complete assign migration activities independently. - Follow written and verbal directions, providing feedback when the process does not work properly. - Report Status, issues, and risks to PM for publication Basic Qualifications - TECHNICAL SKILLS - Experience with Deploying and configuring Mobility and Security components of O365 (8+ years) - Experience with Large Enterprise Mobility and Security on prem / 0365 Support (5+ Years) - Experience with large scale messaging migrations to O365 (5+ years) - Experience with Enterprise Active Directory as its relates to Mobility, Messaging and O365 (5+ Years) - CONSULTING SKILLS - Business case analysis (5+ years) - Technical writing whitepapers or findings reports (5+ years) - Ability to Lead others and give direction - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Excellent presentation skills - Proven success under aggressive schedules and ambiguous direction - Strong interpersonal, customer orientation, team interaction, analytical and decision making skills - Proven ability to elicit customer requirements, define limits to project scope and develop contract documentation - Travel:This is a remote position.  Travel required up to 75%. - Degree: Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent experience is preferred - Languages: English   Nice to Have; (not Required) - Quest Migration Manager Experience - O365 Certification - Microsoft Mobility Certification
