    Very Important Logistic Requirement:
  • This is a  'on-site' role due to Federal Govt restrictions. Migrations happen 'on-site' between 12:00 midnight  and 7 am, both  Saturdays and  Sundays. Hence  the expectation is that this person will  be available on-site  to conduct the migrations, monitor progress, fix issues, etc.  To compensate  work done on weekend, you can take off Mondays for sure, and then Tue/Wed – Fri, there would  be some on-site work, to do Dry-Runs and Prep work  for the weekend migrations. So, there is flexibility during weekdays. The total weekly hours would  be limited to 40 hours, with  that goal of ensuring that migrations are successful.   [And, prior to starting the migrations, you will sit through other migrations that are happening offshore to get knowledge on how this is done, and, you will also get coached from an  on-site counterpart, who is familiar with all the 'migration' tracks.
