Responsibilities:

- Works with sales executive members in understanding customer requirements at a high level.
- Engages with multiple practices and towers in getting solution options in line with functional, financial, and technical requirements.
- Integrates the solution to create an industry relevant value proposition presentable to a customer.
- Ensures reviews, validation, optimization, and enhancements of solution features, risks, and mitigations.
- Engages with industry analysts as well as conducts independent research, to understand trends to incorporate in client proposals.
- Contributes to creating a standard customer requirements discovery method.
- Contributes to creating solution quality measurement metrics
- Works on multiple client engagements in parallel
- Technical thought leader for large existing and key pursuit accounts.
- Develops varying levels of detail price to win models to frame and guide technical and financial pursuit support team efforts.
- Develops re-usable offerings while focused on specific client responses
- Extensive experience in developing and reviewing cost models for new deals
- Solid understanding of technical towers like Network, Cloud, Storage, DR, Unix etc. would be an added advantage.
- Providing feedback and review in writing/updating contracts and SOW.
