We are looking for a Director of Social Media need for fast growing Social Media full-service digital marketing agency.

This person will develop & implement a comprehensive social media strategy for our client corporately, and for our other brands.
Mission is to innovate for us, grow our fan base, and build engagement for company's marketing 
Train & mentor across the company to improve social media integration & usage, using a variety of tactics.
Develop ongoing reporting on our client's baseline social media interactivity with its clients and prospective clients.
Lead the effort to reengineer our client-side social media offering (the 1,000+ clients who are currently receiving some social posts and or ads as a part of their  - update post-types, boost criteria, polls, events, etc.
Make the above "offering" a stand alone, sellable program with subscription revenue.


The Director of Social Media is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of strategic social media and digital initiatives. Develops and executes viral publicity and promotion campaigns and integrates interactive media into social media platforms. This position delivers projects that meet the company's strategic vision and business objectives. The position is responsible for providing creative direction for all content creation regarding social media. The Director will oversee a team of specialists, and manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee overall social media strategy, application, content management, planning, crisis management, and goal setting. Lead staff in the creation of compelling social media content,
Provides creative direction to Social media manager for our client.
Oversee the day to day posting on all social media platforms.
Works closely with social media manager to architect cross-platform marketing programs that support integrated marketing and advertising sales initiatives.
Tracks and generates campaign performance reports in collaboration with research department and via access to analytic tools (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat)
Oversee the development of monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.
Provide the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is required.
5+ years Social Media experience.
Experience measuring and making recommendations using performance measurement tools and metrics: Facebook and Twitter analytics, Tweet Reach, and other relevant social dashboards.
Experience applying marketing strategy to creative ideas and campaign activation across video, digital, mobile, social and event marketing.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Familiarity with web design.
