Description:
 
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Lead teams that include partners, and customers to build & deploy security infrastructure and automate security operations for customers 
• Lead internal build projects 
• Become a deep technical resource that earns the trust of customer executive stakeholders 
• Develop high-quality technical content such as automation tools, reference architectures, and white papers to help our consultants, partners, and customers build on the work we deliver. 
• Innovate on behalf of customers; translate your thoughts into action yielding measurable results. 
• Mentor & invest in the development team members 
• Architecting and developing customer applications to be cloud optimized 
• Providing deep software development knowledge with respect cloud architecture, design patterns and programming 
• Advising and implementing AWS best practices 
• Working as both application development and security specialist 
• Agile software development and DevOps 
• Implementing DevOps practices such as infrastructure as code, continuous integration and automated deployment 


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Information Security, Business or equivalent experience required 
• 10+ years of an application programming and/or Hhnds-on technical application architecture experience 
• 5+ years of experience in an IT security audit, assessment, compliance, risk management, or data privacy role 
• 3+ years of experience assessing/auditing customers on PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, FedRAMP, FISMA or NIST/DoD frameworks 
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed (25-50%) 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 
• Extensive experience architecting, designing and programming applications in an AWS Cloud environment 
• Experience with designing and building application using AWS services such as EC2, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, AWS OpsWorks 
• Experience architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability and high availability 
• Hands on programing skills in any of the following: Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby, .NET or Scala 
• Demonstrated breadth of security expertise in various sub domains such as encryption, identity, incident response, etc· Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins) 
• Hands on familiarity with CloudFormation 
• Experience with configuration management platforms (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible) 
• Strong scripting skills (e.g. Powershell, Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, etc.) 
• Strong practical application development experience on Linux and Windows-based systems
