We are recruiting for a high speed and nimble Logistics Coordinator to assist in the day to day operations for multiple facilities in a fast growing industry. You will be the one to coordinate less than truckload shipments both inbound and outbound, ensure International documentation is processed correctly as well as assist in the Operations Department where needed.

The position is responsible for providing administrative support for the operations and warehouse environments. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide logistical and operational support to the operations team. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Streamline shipping and transportation processes
  • Create shipping labels and BOL documentation
  • Enter shipment detail into system
  • Create commercial invoices for international shipments
  • Create Packing lists for domestic and International shipments
  • Check inventory availability when processing orders
  • Provide tracking and POD information to Internal Customers
  • Prepare shipping documents both Domestic and International
  • Communicate with Suppliers, Retailers, Sales and the Customer Service Team
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
Requirements
  • Proven experience as logistics coordinator
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics
  • NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
  • Problem-solving skills, Decision making ability, Organizational skills, Procedural mindset, Ability to prioritize, Attention to detail, Ability to analyze data and understand connections, Talent for recognizing the opportunities for process improvement in those connections
