Anaplan CPM (Corporate Performance Management)
Understand Finance business processes and business requirements
Translate requirements into functional requirements and use cases
Design, build, and deliver Anaplan models to support financial planning and analysis projects
Build application models to support FP&A process
Configure and maintain Anaplan modules, dashboards, and other model settings to meet business requirements
Perform data integration between Hyperion and other systems with Anaplan.
Partner with business users to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
Work with Finance business teams to determine the Anaplan roadmap, and keep track of enhancements within individual projects and across initiatives
Ability to prioritize to ensure work is done in a timely and high quality manner
Ability to adapt to changing priorities of the business and seek out ways to develop new skills
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, documentation and communication skills with the ability to work in distributed team environment.
Experience working in a systems implementation role, management consulting firm, or high-growth environment
3+ year of experience building models in Anaplan
5+ years of financial analysis and modeling experience with a widely used planning and analytical multi-dimensional systems such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, Cognos, Business Objects, TM1, etc.
Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling
Ability to translate from model-building in Excel to multi-dimensional technologies.
Excellent communication skills - Client communication must be personable, articulate, and knowledgeable
Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions
Strong understanding of business systems integration
Must possess business acumen, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
