Strong experience working on the technical implementation of Oracle Customer Care and Billing within Utility Industry 
Must have strong knowledge of Oracle Customer Care and Billing system from an implementation perspective. 
Deep understand about initial installation, configuration, set up, integration and testing of application. 
Candidate will be responsible for assisting with installation of CC&B onto a virtual windows platform and will need to complete an initial set up and configuration.
Responsibilities:
Primary role is to do a complete installation and set-up of CC&B onto a virtual windows platform.
Responsible for doing the full configuration, set up and integration of the Oracle Application.
You will be responsible for the integration of CC&B XAI inbound web-services as well as the integration of our MWM tool.
Work closely with the technical team throughout solution design, delivery, and testing.
Should be able to suggest and validate solution options for requirements and lead the solution design the client teams.
Understand the problems and opportunities in the industry and help identify IT solutions for the same.
Utilize experience and drive requirements that need assessment, blueprint analysis, functional design, technical design, configuration, and testing.
Review business requirements and interpret these into architectural design.
Participate in blueprint and design sessions, review options and provide recommendations while communicating benefits, risks, Support implementation after blueprint has been created by reviewing deliverables and ensuring project stays true to initial designs.
Develops detailed specification including logical and physical diagrams/blueprints, application configurations, and requirements.
 
Required Skills:
Candidate must have experience of 5+ years.
Must have experience in configuring CC&B
have worked in at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations of CC&B with strong utilities background.
Good knowledge of Java and Cobol, configuration tools and CC&B interfaces.
Familiarity with process integration of CC&B with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core ERP, OMS, GIS, Mobile, etc.
At least 4 years experience in implementing Oracle CC&B (one full deployment lifecycle).
In depth knowledge of billing, credit and collections, customer management, payments, and meter management area.
 
Goal
This element describes the current status of java-enablement of plug-in spots and common 
routines.
Java-enabled means that the system has been changed to call algorithms coded in Java, or as 
plug-in scripts, from existing spots accessed by system events during normal system processing.
Algorithm spots are not automatically enabled to be user-invokable, as they often rely on 
system context. Any modification in this respect will be separately considered as an 
enhancement.
