Required · At least 2 years experience from technical support, ideally from a remote environment · Extensive Windows 7 and Windows 10 troubleshooting skills · Knowledge of Group Policies and Active Directory · Knowledge of visual basic and powershell scripting. · Knowledge of PXE Boot solutions for remote reimaging · Knowledge of Microsoft PE Environment boot disk maintenance · Knowledge of .net application maintenance · HVD support knowledge · Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support · Application and Performance Troubleshooting in Windows 7 · Knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) · VMware Desktop Administration (VMWare Horizon View) · Windows Desktop Administration Skills (Microsoft Windows 7, 8 & 10) · Virtualization Infrastructure Experience (VMware vSphere) Enjoys a fast paced environment · Excellent Customer service skills · Able to work and interact with others in a structured / team environment · Accuracy and attention to detail, must have organizational skills · Independent problem solver with troubleshooting, decision making and analytical skills · Requires limited supervision o Self-motivated o Self-starter · Time management skills · Flexibility and adaptability to handle competing work demands · Verbal and written communication skills o Demonstrated ability to communicate to nontechnical audience on technical issues o Demonstrated ability to communicate on a technical level to a technical audience · Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call · Years of Experience (minimum years) 2 years
