 Busy Real Estate law firm in Aventura is looking for an experienced and professional receptionist. Temp to perm, growth opportunity, minutes off I 95 Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities include managing daily front office operations, such as: •Answer and direct calls on multi-line phone system; •Greet guests and clients; •Set appointments; •Schedule meetings; •Handle incoming/outgoing deliveries and packages; •Handle incoming/outgoing email; •Organize and maintain the front office, kitchen, and conference room; •Maintain direct contact with clients & vendors; •Manage office supplies and inventory levels; and •Act as primary contact with outsourced services; Requirements •At least 2 years of related work ; •Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel); •Must be extremely well organized and detail-oriented; •Excellent verbal communication skills; and •Friendly, efficient, and professional.
