Manager oversees all company restaurant operations. Candidates must have thorough knowledge of all restaurant operations to include P&L, F&B, Budgeting, Customer Service, Guest Satisfaction, Market Planning, Staffing, Scheduling, Payroll, Coaching and Counseling for a 140-employee restaurant.
