Coordinate & effectively communicate with multiple technical and business teams and organizational levels to achieve goals. Develop & monitor project plans, schedule resources, provide timely status reporting, maintain appropriate project documentation, plan work required prior to rollouts, estimate levels of effort, obtain approvals & perform pre-production turnover activities and monitor post production results. Lead project teams of onshore and offshore members and mentor junior team members as needed. Interface with business customers to define detailed requirements, assist in design specifications, review solution documents, deliverables, and technical specifications. Coordinate business interaction during testing phases, develop and execute test scripts for existing and new functionality per requirements. Analyze test results to identify issues and guide resolution steps. Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved/escalated in a timely manner. Assist in proactive monitoring of application performance and communication, coordination, issue management. Conduct detailed research and troubleshooting of applicable systems using a variety of methodologies/techniques. Facilitate root cause analyses & activities to improve service levels and assist in appropriate process or developmental changes to address. Continuously identify internal process improvements in methodologies, workflow, or training including procedures and documentation. 
Must possess strong functional knowledge of HR/Payroll systems and support client's Cyborg HR\Payroll system on a mainframe platform. Must possess strong mainframe skills (cobol, jcl, vsam, cics, endevor/iSync, control m/d, ftp/sftp/pgp, etc.). Must be a self-starter with solid planning and organization skills and be a quick learner with positive can-do attitude and an excellent communicator with ability to establish solid rapport with business partners based on mutual trust and respect borne out of integrity and high level expertise 

• Strong functional knowledge of HR/Payroll systems (no specific vendor required, but Cyborg a STRONG plus) 
• Strong Mainframe skills (cobol, jcl, vsam, cics, endevor/iSync, control m/d, ftp/sftp/pgp, etc.) 
• Highly adept at Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Estimation, Projects Management & Delivery, Stakeholder Engagement, Risk Management. Well versed in traditional SDLC project lifecycle development and management.
