We are looking for someone with a technical background in SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and XML to join us and lead the integration of multiple HRIS platforms with our Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 
 
As our Talent Supply Application Manager, you will own our talent application management systems, including the technical operations and compliance for solutions and integrations within cloud ATS ecosystem. We have both homegrown and third-party solutions that provide functionality in virtual interviewing, information collecting and storage, candidate relationship management (CRM), new-hire onboarding, and applicant care/support (AI Bot pilot).

What background should you have?
 
  • A Bachelor or Master degree in MIS, Computer Science, Industrial or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Mastery: Strong working knowledge of and experience with Java script, HTML, XML, the REST protocol, SQL, and scripting.
  • HRIS Experience: ABAP (SAP) and Application Tracking Systems (Taleo).

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements on this position?
