  • Minimum 6 years of Business Systems Analysis experience in Commercial Insurance industry
  • Detailed understanding of System Development Life Cycle
  • Comprehensive experience in business requirements gathering as well as impact analysis techniques
  • Experience creating detailed requirements and test plans for systems personnel, as well as release notes and manuals for users
  • Technical expertise in conducting Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Functional Testing
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools namely Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to prepare data flow and/or workflow diagrams
  • Familiarity with screen prototyping tools
  • Experience designing and testing web sites/applications
  • Proficient in developing ad hoc SQL scripts or use of query building tools such as SQL Server Management Studio
  • Understanding of relational database/table structure
