Duration: 3 months Contract


Need a Senior Developer with experience in developing Chatbots on MS Azure BOT Framework.

Chatbots exp a MUST have.
  • Extensive work experience in customer service, technical support, or development
  • Strong understanding of SQL Databases
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or another data ETL tool, preferred
  • Proficient in several of the following technologies:
    • .NET
    • XML/JSON
    • AWS
  • Experience with OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) databases and data warehouse database design patterns (star/snowflake schema databases, fact/dimension database design)
  • Experience with Amazon RedShift or another column-store database
  • Experience with BI/Analytics tools such as Tableau or PowerBI, and with creating database queries to source data for BI/Analytics purposes
  • Experience with Riak or another NoSQL Database engine is preferred
  • Familiar with quality assurance processes and best practices
  • General business knowledge and acumen
  • World class problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, project management and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient with hardware installation and settings

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain and publish SQL queries for customers who engage with Professional Services for reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with Account and Project Managers and customers to gather technical requirements for reporting requests and collaborate in providing statements of work for projects.
  • Work cross-functionally to gather requirements, build, QA and deploy custom functions.
  • Maintain documentation for the Datamart product.
  • Consult with customers on existing Datamart SQL queries and best practices.
  • Document and present Datamart issues to QA and Development.
  • Work with internal teams at Client's to integrate and onboard customers utilizing Datamart.
  • Explain capabilities of Datamart to customers, both internal and external.
  • Explain Client's SQL database, provide data access examples for data warehouse, and troubleshoot for customers trying to integrate against it.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for Datamart troubleshooting.
  • All other duties as assigned.
