We are looking for a Product Owner who will take ownership in an extremely high-profile product that enables executives to securely review client's titles and to share with other partners to further sales opportunities. We partner closely with our stakeholders who are invested in promoting titles and increasing sales through this product. As a result, this Product Owner needs to be strategic in creating a vision, compiling the product roadmap, and prioritizing stories. This instrumental tool has been live for less than two years. The team is a tight-knit group of exceptional team players in a flat organizational structure. Furthermore, the team uses a carefully selected and constantly evolving combination of Agile methodologies and processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Interface with executives, stakeholders, and BRM to Client, develop, refine requirements
  • Define, prioritize, and communicate user stories; working with BRM and stakeholders to understand use cases, design team to create an intuitive experience, and technical team for implementation feasibility
  • Maintain and groom product backlog
  • Create diagrams and wireframes to communicate workflows
  • Aware of the progress of different work streams, and remove impediments to maintain productivity
  • Test delivered stories for quality and determine production releases
  • Actively communicate timelines and roadmap of planned features to stakeholders, 3rd party integrations, executives, and other teams
  • Identify and capture the business value for items to be built
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in the Entertainment industry
  • Is detail-oriented who understands specific business rules specific to each line of business
  • Has an eye for identifying intuitive experiences across web and mobile platforms
  • Familiar with the business workflows across all lines of businesses that use Screeners
  • Deep understanding of the agile processes and methodologies
  • Highly creative in devising solutions; excellent problem-solving skills
  • A team-player, who appreciates strengths from other team members
  • Speaks intelligently on the technical processes and can communicate clearly to non-technical employees and clients
