Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Software Center Current branch specific issues related to both client and back end
  • 3rd level troubleshooting support for software deployments and sccm related issues
  • 3rd level support for miscellaneous pc client and OS troubleshooting
  • Monthly security patch deployment across the environment
  • Monitor software deployments
  • Regular SCCM client maintenance
  • Develop new and maintain existing in-house tools to optimize client troubleshooting and reporting
    work on special projects as needed

Academic/Experience/Competency
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or 5+ years relevant work experience

Daily Tasks Performed
  • Intergrade new hardware files into SCCM
  • 3rd level sccm client troubleshooting support
  • monitor health of distribution points as weFll as sccm clients for both physical and virtual machines
  • create and deploy scripts for hotfixes as needed
  • create customized and highly detailed SCCM reports
  • Manage Microsoft updates deployments throughout the enterprise
  • provide hardware and software recommendations
  • Create, deploy and monitor OSD Task sequences and all required OSD components
  • Manage File Share permissions for team resources
  • Maintain custom WinPE encryption recovery media and provide 3rd level support
