Title: SalesForce Business Analyst

Successful candidates will have experience in configuring to streamline and enhance business processes.

  • Implement solutions on projects, where you will:
  • Defines project scope and objectives on small projects
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and capture requirements
  • Documents complex business processes (workflows) and requirements (user stories, use cases, wireframes)
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates client's current business systems, documents and user needs
  • Configure Salesforce and add-on solutions to meet requirements
  • Develop integration process definition and application design
  • Daily manage budget, schedule, and deliverables against the plan and conduct regular project status meetings on small projects
  • Deliver system administration training to system administrators and power users
  • Document the project deliverables in a Project Summary document and review with customer
  • Work with a team of other Consultants, Developers, Solution Architects and Project Managers on larger projects
  • Follow advanced architecture, solution, and platform-specific technical best practices
  • Provide hands-on (and technology) customization and configuration following requirements and solution design
  • Document project deliverables and knowledge-transfer to the customer and to the project lead
  • Review proposed architecture, design and configurations of team members
  • Write and post articles and develop knowledge base on and related technology solutions

  • BS or BA degree
  • 6+ years experience in an information technology consulting position
  • 3+ years experience with customization and configuration
  • Experience with Salesforce-related technologies such as the Non-Profit Starter Pack, FormAssembly, Conga, Drawloop, and SKUID a plus
  • Administrator Certification
  • Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Consultant Certification
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-changing, demanding environment
  • Highly organized, responsible, and attentive to timelines and details
  • Excellent presentation, written/verbal communication, documentation, and client-facing skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate with non-technical clients regarding technical issues
  • Experience with non-profit organizations a plus
