Our client is one of the leading resellers of ERP Software Solutions who have offices all over the country. Consultants there provide excellent training, support, and report writing services to companies with fast growth in a mid-enterprise market.

We are looking for
This candidate will serve as the Sales Manager out of the Houston office and will provide leadership and sales cycle execution to prospective clients during the software solution selection process. This person must have experience and excel at execution of complex sales with long sales cycles in a technology capacity. Sage ERP X3, Microsoft Dynamics GP or Microsoft Dynamics SL are all technologies that the candidate should be proficient in.

Position highlights
  • $100K-$120K base salary
    • Lucrative bonus structure that could get you to $170K-&180K+

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new clients.
  • Evaluate and document business requirements, determine whether our products will be an effective solution for new clients.
  • Create Solution Proposals
  • Close new Client Accounts.
  • Complete the sales process from beginning to closing in an effective and well-managed process.

    Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with ERP products.
  • BS/BA is preferred, but not required.
  • Understanding of the general business requirements of various industries, such as Manufacturing, Distribution or Services is strongly preferred.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and oral (including group presentations/sales presentations).
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goal.
  • Ability to manage a long, complex sales cycle in the technology arena.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic can-do attitude!
  • A strong desire to win, yet having the utmost of integrity during the sales process.
  • Ability to qualify and close complex and technical sales opportunities.
  • High level of initiative to contribute ideas while working in a team environment
