Technician Amenities Team Member
Our client is a highly regarded REIT company focused on science and technology who is rapidly growing and has a total market capitalization of more than $10 billion. They are seeking a highly skilled candidate to join the Technical Amenities Team in the San Francisco office.

What we are looking for
The must be strongly skilled in customer service, communication, and negotiation. They will be in charge of the coordination and managing of vendors on construction sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain standard designs for technical amenities
  • Adapt and implement technical systems for customer facing amenities
  • System renovation, standardization and management for legacy resources and meeting room installations
  • Work with Executive Director of IT and engineering staff to establish appropriate standards for monitoring and maintenance of technical amenity solutions
  • Development of standard procedures and documentation for non-technical staff to interact with technical resources
  • Train property staff on resources deployed, ensuring optimal operation during the life of the resources
  • Work with construction staff to design and validate technical infrastructure of new constructions
  • Define and manage budget for system design and implementation
  • Manage and facilitate the implementation of building infrastructure during construction

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Associates or bachelor's degree
  • Formalized training on basic networking technologies
  • Prior experience in budget development at a project level, and project management for construction/redevelopment
  • Strong understanding of designing systems for voice/data/audio/video systems
  • Firm grasp of current technologies and various components in the marketplace
  • Experience in infrastructure design and implementation for property construction and/or redevelopment
  • Prior experience in a customer service related field, with direct interaction with customers
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Possess the ability to work well with all levels, including c-level and senior management.
  • Highly personable, ability to build collaborative and effective relationships at all levels.
  • Work well in a team-oriented environment, and comfortable working independently as well.
  • Strong documentation skills, ability to multi-task.
